Most people think that shifting a few Kilo’s & getting “FIT” is about Exercise & Food
when in fact it isn’t. Changing ones Body Composition & improving ones Fitness has more to do with WHY your doing it, than it has to do with the Food or Exercise you choose. The food you eat & the exercise you do is simply a vehicle to achieving the desired outcomes or results YOU are looking for. If you have a GOAL & you have cemented the reasons as to WHY you want to achieve that GOAL, than what you do & how you do it will inevitably assist you in overcoming the challenges that you will face whilst making a positive change to your Fitness Health & Wellbeing.
